Welcome to G.Rio School
G. Rio School is a co-educational residential institution located in Kohima, the Capital city of Nagaland. The school was established in the name of our late father, Mr. Guolhoulie Rio and is managed by G. Rio Foundation Society. The school was inaugurated on 14th December 2005, by the Honorable Governor of Nagaland, Shri.Shyamal Dutta and was dedicated by the State Chaplain, Reverend Deo Vihienuo.
G. Rio School is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education and follows the curriculum prescribed by it

CLASS-11 ADMISSION NOTICE Admission to Class 11 for the session 2026-27 is open. Application forms can be downloaded from the school’s website or can be collected from the office. Duly filled forms must be submitted to the office or sent via e-mail. Last date for submission of application form: 13th April 2026. Entrance test cum Interview: 15th & 16th April 2026. Commencement of classes: 23rd April 2026. *INTEGRATED COACHING CLASSES for NEET/JEE are Mandatory for Science stream students. *CONCESSIONS will be awarded to meritorious state toppers.
